I always love this time of year. Spring is just around the corner and high street stores are starting to introduce their new season’s stock so what better time to take a look at Pantone’s top 10 colours for spring fashion.

PANTONE 13-0755 Primrose Yellow
Primrose Yellow is a bright, vibrant yellow – think winter pansies and daffodils.
Hooded Box Quilt Fuji
Jacket – Superdry
PANTONE 19-4045 Lapis Blue
Lapis Blue is a strong and confident shade – looks great worn with black to create a contrast.
PANTONE 17-1462 Flame
A red-based orange, great for those suited to shades of colour with a warm undertone.
PANTONE 14-4620 Island Paradise
Island Paradise is a clear refreshing aqua that calls to mind turquoise blue skies and tropical blue waters.
PANTONE 13-1404 Pale Dogwood
Pale Dogwood is a soft, cool, subtle pink – looks fantastic worn with light grey and denim or for something a little bolder try teaming it with burgandy.
PANTONE 15-0343 Greenery
Greenery has been named as Pantone’s colour of the year. It’s a warm tangy yellow-green – think avocado and moss.
PANTONE 17-2034 Pink Yarrow
Pink Yarrow is a lively shade, that lifts spirits – just what you need on a cold and damp winters day. Works well for those suited to shades of colour with a cool undertone.
PANTONE 18-0107 Kale
Kale, like greenery is another foliage-based green that has a softness and depth to it. A coat or boots is a great way to incorporate the shade into your wardrobe if trying it for the first time.
PANTONE 14-1315 Hazelnut
Last but by no means lease is Hazelnut, a key neutral for this spring. It has a natural earthiness and warmth to it – great for the transition into spring.
